Transportation Assistance

PROP assists with the cost of transportation needs for employment, education, and medical/dental appointments for households that are registered with our organization.

When funds are available, PROP provides gasoline certificates, bus passes for Southwest Metro Transit, and taxi transportation.

Taxi transportation is available for medical/dental appointments for people who are unable to drive to appointments by themselves and/or are ineligible for other transportation assistance programs.

Persons needing assistance with taxi transportation must contact us at least one day in advance of the appointment to allow time for appropriate arrangements to be made.
