PROP partners with Minnesota’s Emergency Food Shelf Network, Eaton Corporation, and United Methodist Church in Eden Prairie to offer this program. Fare For All Express is a cooperative food purchasing opportunity for ALL community members—not just those with financial need—to purchase food items such as meat, fruit, vegetables, and legumes at 50% of retail cost. The program is offered monthly and promoted to PROP clients as a means to supplement their nutritional needs. For more information see our current Fare For All Flyer (pdf).

PROP believes that any person in the community is potentially eligible to be a recipient of PROP services. At the same time, any person in the community is a potential donor of some beneficial service or commodity. PROP provides the means by which a potential donor and a potential recipient are linked. There is no charge for any PROP services.
PROP operates a food shelf providing a five-day supply of food and offers short-term financial assistance. PROP works closely with participants to reach self-sufficiency goals.
In addition, PROP offers a variety of seasonal programs and works with collaborative partners to assist at-risk children with youth scholarships. PROP offers additional resources and referrals to enhance the obtainment of self-reliance. This includes referrals to the PROP Shop, a separate agency helping families with clothing and household needs.
