Financial Assistance

PROP financial assistance program assists families who are in crisis situations or who have short-term financial needs. Financial assistance is given for the following:
  • Housing (rental assistance, limited mortgage assistance)
  • Utility disconnections (gas and electricity only)
  • Medical and dental
  • Scholarships for youth activities (when funds are available)
  • Crisis child care
  • Other special requests will be considered
Financial assistance is generally given in the form of a no-interest loan, with affordable monthly payments. Limited grant funding is also available.

All requests for financial assistance require a face-to-face interview. Appointments can be made by calling 952-937-9120.
