Eligibility

Anyone residing within the city limits of Eden Prairie or Chanhassen, Minnesota is eligible to receive services from PROP.

The following is required at the first visit:
  1. Photo Identification
  2. Proof of residence
        • Recent utility bill received at
          current address (preferred), or
        • Copy of current lease
  3. Completed registration forms click here
        • Client History Form
        • Privacy Rights Statement
Food Shelf: An appointment to assess need is required before the third visit. To schedule, call 952-937-9120.

Financial Assistance: Preliminary questions can be directed to the Family Support Specialist at 952-294-5973. An appointment is required for all financial assistance requests. To schedule, call 952-937-9120.
