PEOPLE REACHING OUT TO OTHER PEOPLE

Any resident with an identified need residing within the city limits of Eden Prairie or Chanhassen, Minnesota, is eligible to receive services from PROP.

The following is required at the first visit:
 Photo IdentificationProof of residence
  • a recent gas or electric bill (within the last 30 days)
  Or
  • your current lease or mortgage payment statement
  Or
  • Hennepin or Carver county Economic Assistance
  statement (within the last 30 days)

  Additional forms may be required for financial assistance.
 
Food shelf: If you are coming to PROP for the first time, please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before closing to meet with an intake staff member for a full assessment. After the initial visit, no appointments are necessary for monthly food shelf use.

File updates: These are brief meetings and are conducted at least every three to six months to reassess your situation and review available resources.
